February 2020 Match Results

The IW Gundog Club held its February match at Binstead Community Centre, where the judge was Roisin Howlett from Havant, who owns Irish setters and greyhounds, and has been a successful junior handler over many years.

Best puppy in match was Wightroche Over the Rainbow, a cocker spaniel, owned by Cheryl Blackley and Ian Salero.

Reserve was Roshinru Role Player, a golden retriever, owned by Shirley Stables.

Cheryl Blackley and Ian Salero also won best veteran with Wightroche Hugh Dunnitt, another cocker spaniel.

Reserve was Indijazz Light Fantastic At Abbeyaire, a German shorthaired pointer, owned by Lynda and David Smith.

The winner from the first round went to Winterwell Miss Tified, another German shorthaired pointer, owned by Linda Cotton.

Best adult was Foxriever Solent Sensation, a curly coated retriever, owned by Belinda Millichamp and Peter Miller. Reserve was Riverbrue Imperial Spritz, an Irish setter, owned by Helen Hunnybun.

The best junior handler was Daisy Gulliver, and the brace award went to Dyan Northard's pair of Spanish water dogs.
